Black Command Prompt Keeps Popping Up
Hello, within the past week or two, I've had a weird issue where what looks like the command prompt window pops up for half a second (too briefly for me to be able to confirm that it was actually command prompt) and then disappears. This happens maybe twice an hour or so. It does this on top of whatever else I was doing, so it will minimize programs that were at the forefront and whatnot. I've run Malwarebytes and my antivirus and nothing comes up. I've also looked into Windows event viewer and don't see evidence of anything abnormal happening, and am unable to even find an event that would match the time-stamps of these occurrences. Windows 10, happened both before and after the recent creator update. Any guidance would be appreciated.
