• Gmod Addons Not Downloading
• Gmod Mods Not Working

It seems now that gmod isn't loading certain addons, both workshop. Addons folder. There was no GMod update in the past few weeks.

• It does work, they just are not recognized unless there is an addon.txt (which formerly was named info.txt). This is to prevent people from running old addons from GMod 12 without knowing what they're doing and breaking everything.
• Majority of my scripts are from Coderhire. I know people who have the same scripts, and use them in the /garrysmod/addons folder and they work fine. Loads of people on the pages for these scripts on Coderhire say it works great and installation is easy. I am installing all of these scripts exactly how they all say: unzip and put it in addons.

All is fine with steam just the addons.
